立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會昨（五）日上午在混戰聲中審查攸關周休二日與否的「勞動基準法」部分條文修正草案。會後，民進黨團認定通過初審，「程序非常的完備」，但國民黨團與時代力量黨團都主張會議無效，要求不確認議事錄。

立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會昨天上午議程安排審查「勞動基準法」部分條文修正草案，包括行政院版（「一例一休」）在內總計有七個版本草案一併審查。但審查過程，會議主席陳瑩上午在議事人員宣讀條文後，宣告停止詢答與討論表示，全案送院會黨團協商。
